Mekong Youth Farm Network (Y-Farm) is developed by enthusiastic youth of the countries in Mekong Region. Y-Farm focuses on farming education, teaching farm, youth engagement. In 2017, we have targeted more than 255 youth in five lower Mekong Countries for three main activities: training courses and farm improvement, and youth exchange, and Y-Farm Camp in Laos for 27 participants. Until now, Y-Farm partners with nine farms and youth groups in five lower Mekong Countries.
